Students from Woodlands and schools from across the globe took part in a Yoga session to improve physical and mental health.
The session was for beginners to Yoga and saw students and teachers from Woodlands getting active!
It was led by a Yoga expert and teacher from Gopal International School in Bangalore, India.
It is a part of a series of activities involving students from across the world to improve mental health and well being during the pandemic.
